The Jeffs wrestling team headed to the Crete Invite on Saturday, December 9th. As a team, they finished second with nine medalists.

Medalists included Zach Riekofski ’18 in first, Logan Slater ’18 and Austin Barnts ’18 with second place finishes, and Ace York ’19 in third place. Other medalists were Carson York ’20 and Trent Grizzle in fourth place and Brandon Hinrichs ’19 and Marshall York ’18 placing sixth.
“I am very happy with the effort,” Coach Derek Garfield said. “Crete is a tough meet and to come out runner-up is a big accomplishment.”
